ASHIFA MAKE UP — SUMMARY OF TERMS & CONDITIONS & RETURNS POLICY

   - Policies apply only to products purchased directly from the official Ashifa Make Up website.
   - Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and policies before purchasing.
   - Tracking information is provided once an order has been dispatched.
   - The store is not responsible for courier delays or external delivery issues.

   2. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY — ONLINE SHOP ORDERS
   2.1 Eligibility for Returns
   - Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order.
   - Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

   4. MAKEUP SERVICES / APPOINTMENTS
   4.1 Booking Fees
   - A securing fee is required to reserve any appointment.
   4.2 Refund Conditions for Makeup Services
   - Securing fees are non-refundable unless Ashifa Make Up cancels.
   - If the client cancels, no refund is issued.
   - Rescheduling requires a new securing fee.
   4.3 Service Completion & Satisfaction
   - Once makeup services are completed, the makeup charge is non-refundable.
   - Consultations, lighting checks, and adjustments are provided before final confirmation.
   4.4 Allergies & Skin Reactions
   - Refunds are not issued for allergic reactions.
   - Clients must disclose allergies beforehand.
